Our website displays our product catalog for wholesale B2B purposes only. All products are manufactured by our factory and sold at factory-direct wholesale prices. Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Ceramic vases and ornaments: MOQ 300 pieces per style
MGO planters: MOQ 1 container (mixed styles welcome)
Sample orders may be available at our discretion

4. Pricing and Quotes

All prices are in USD and are EXW factory prices unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is confirmed via formal quotation. Quotes are valid for 30 days, subject to raw material price fluctuations.

5. Orders and Payment

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. Production lead time: typically 25-45 days after deposit and sample approval.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We support FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Goods are shipped from Shenzhen or Shantou port, China. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.

7. Quality and Returns

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. If you receive defective products, please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will assess each case and offer replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
